Flatline

Here's the short film that I made with three others from VFS. It's our term 2 final project for Sequential Media, entitled Flatline.

I often wonder if it would be possible to script an entire film out of nothing but recognizable lines from the Simpsons...

I've managed to pull off full conversation with people using primarily Simpson and Futurama quotes before... but usually people aren't as nerdy/clever as me and no one catches on. :S

It's a darn good idea though!

Hey btw- thx for the xmas card! You are the current holder of the "best ex-student" title... but Brett is getting close (he sent a *physical* card, but he never updates his blog and you can't leave comments on it, so you've got the edge ;p

(yes, its all about the contests with me...)

Jessica, my corporeal "religiously unspecific holiday greetings" card is on its' way!!! Don't worry, I'm way more hardcore than Brett!

Remember me if you need someone for a well paying gig in a high-profile film-industry-related job

Religiously unspecific holiday greetings,
Mathew Joki ESQ.

ps: MAHE/ANNONYMOUS go to bed!!!!!!!!!!!!

High paying, high profile. Got it. I'll keep my ears peeled. ;-p

Seriously tho- keep it up, you are doing all the right things- keep posting stuff you make/do, (the video is great) and keep us up to date with where your aptitudes lie as you evolve in school. Some students start out really wanting to be cinematographers, then end up really wanting to be game designers... but they never inform their network so their network is keeping their ears peeled for the wrong types of jobs!

Kay, bed time now... (gotta be up at the crack of 3pm)

Peace,
